The Chicness of Black & White

Ok, so my all time favorite color combo is definitely black and white...I have always and will always think of it as the pinnacle of classiness! Here's a few of my favorite "pops" of color with my classic black & white pieces...

I love how I can literally make 50 different outfits just by adding different "pops" of color to any black & white piece! Black & White are a timeless combo, that will never go out of style!

Dressing up the "Chambray"

Follow my blog with Bloglovin
I love Chambray shirts! So, here's a couple of ideas how to wear them with different pencil skirts! I found this gem at Marshalls for $10! :)

Sunday Best: Emerald & Leopard

I'm so glad leopard is back "in" for the Fall! Since emerald is a hot Fall color, I decided to pair the two together.

Leopard & Mint

Love this New York & Co. Black Dress. Paired it with mint cami, leopard belt, and black jewelry.

Jumping on the Band Wagon

It's been 4 months since I started the Modern Modesty Facebook group.  I started with adding 350 of my personal friends, and the ladies loved it so much, they added their friends and it has grown to 2,322 members as of right now, and continues to grow daily! I love the group, and I love the hundreds of private messages I have received, letting me know how much my page has helped them dress better. When I started Modern Modesty, I NEVER thought it would get this big...ever. But, it's so fun to see the different styles and trends of each lady that posts. I love helping women feel beautiful and confident. Especially, Christian women, we are the light of the world. We must show others that being a Christian doesn't mean you can't look good, have fun, or be happy. The sad truth is no one sees your sweet, loving heart when they pass you on the street, they see what you're wearing and what your hair and face looks like. Therefore, we must always look our best, because we are representing Jesus to the lost world. This blog will be the same thing, a tool to help ladies look their best as they go out into all of the world spreading God's love. I love you all. <3 Lauren
